New tonight: KUTV-2 news, in conjunction with Isabelle Zehnder, has published a report that Steve Powell…Josh Powell’s father, Susan Cox Powell’s father-in-law…was in love with Susan.
Her own father-in-law, in love with and obsessed with his daughter-in-law?! His own son’s missing wife, missing 20 months under suspicious circumstances… it’s almost beyond belief.
Here is the KUTV-2 report and video. Brian Mullahy did an excellent job interviewing 6 of Susan’s close friends as they shared what Susan told them of the disgusting advances her father-in-law made toward her, prompting her move to Utah, thousands of miles away from him.
Here is Isabelle Zehnder’s article, with quotes from several people sharing even more information about Steve Powell’s sick and perverted obsession with Susan.
Feel free to share these articles and stories with your friends…Facebook…Twitter…blogs. The world needs to know what kind of man this is. This is the very same man who announced on the Today show last month that he had read all 2,000 pages of Susan’s childhood journals and planned to transcribe them and release them to the world.
It’s about time the truth about this “man” is out.
Thanks, Kiirsi, for coordinating the interview with Susan’s friends for Brian Mullahy with Channel 2. Thanks to all the ladies who pitched in and told about Susan’s experiences with this sick man. Thanks to Channel 2 for publishing this on the 10PM news.
Thanks to ABC-4 for refusing to publish what Steve Powell sent them today, copies of Susan’s private journal entries. I hope all media follows suit.
As the truth about these two sick men unfolds, so does justice for Susan. Her friends, family and supporters know the truth, as do the media and the public.

And, of course, a huge Thank You to Isabelle Zehnder, Missing Persons Reporter, examiner.com for months of investigation, witness statements, and finally answers that the public needs in Susan’s case.
Thanks Isabelle!

Isabelle ROCKS! I’m sure she will continue to cover Susan’s case with facts and compassion to it’s conclusion she is a friend for whom I have the utmost respect and admiration.
